Another Fine Fest 2024 has been a vibrant cultural beacon in Ulverston, celebrating community, creativity, and the legacy of Stan Laurel. For its 10th anniversary, the project aimed to sustain and elevate this free, inclusive, multi-arts festival bringing live music, street theatre, visual art, performance, workshops, and family-friendly entertainment to the heart of the town.

Doc Rowe Film

The Doc Rowe Film and Archive Project set out to digitise and preserve a vast collection documenting British folk traditions. Spanning six decades, the archive will be housed at the Vaughan Williams Memorial Library, with support from partners including the BFI and English Folk Dance and Song Society.
