All In Beer was born out of a desire to change the status quo and a dream for better tasting alcohol-free beer. I stopped drinking alcohol in 2023 and discovered that the non-alcoholic alternatives offered in my local pub or supermarket just didn’t cut it at all.
I was sure that there must be others feeling like me; fed up with weak tasting or bizarre novelty flavoured drinks masquerading as beer with garish branding. Alcohol free beer shouldn’t be a science project, it should just be beer. I decided that you deserve better and founded All In Beer.
Like my friends, I want to drink beer too and get on with having a good time and not worry about what's in front of me. I want it to be presented in the same way to me as it's presented to them. Just because I don't consume alcohol doesn't mean I don't want beer. I love beer!
My objective was to create a beer that delivers 100% of the flavour that you would expect from a premium English lager, just without the alcohol. It’s as simple as that. Just tasty hoppy goodness in a can that you're proud to hold. It looks and tastes like real beer.
After searching across the country for the right partner who would understand my vision, I found a wonderful brewer in the South of England. Together, we crafted an alcohol free lager with no compromises on the taste. With this signature recipe, the first offering from All in Beer was created.

Tasting Notes:
This Lager pours a brilliant and rich amber with a crisp finish and a balance of malt and hops on an effervescent and cloudy body with a slight zesty bitterness after the swallow. It tastes like premium quality lager.
We used Munich and WheatKettle malts then a dry-hopping technique for even more flavour that gives a slight white wine aroma.
Technique:
Our beer is brewed using a 'BAD Mash' process to achieve 0.4% ABV. (Better than 0.5% right?)
BAD standing for Bugger-All-Diastatics!
Diastatic Power is a measure of the active amylase enzymes in the mash that are responsible for breaking down starch in the malt grains to fermentable sugars. We manipulate various parameters outside of the usual brewing range to severely limit that activity – hence it is effectively a ‘bad’ mash in both senses.
