Our U14s team is taking on a sponsored walk from Ogmore Castle to Porthcawl to raise funds for next year’s exciting tour to Gibralta

Supporting Porthcawl RFC Under 14s – Sponsored Walk Fundraiser

On Saturday 11th July 2026, the players, coaches and families of Porthcawl RFC Under 14s are taking on a sponsored walk to help raise funds for an unforgettable rugby tour in 2027 - with the team hoping to travel to Gibraltar.

Every mile walked and every pound raised will go directly towards helping the boys experience a tour that will create lifelong memories, strengthen friendships and reward the hard work and commitment they show week in, week out representing their club.

At the heart of Porthcawl RFC is community. From our Under 7s right through to our senior men’s and women’s teams, the club is proud to bring together players, families, volunteers and supporters of all ages. With 14 teams across the club, rugby at Porthcawl is about far more than just the game - it’s about teamwork, belonging, respect and supporting one another on and off the pitch.

This fundraiser is another example of that community spirit in action. The Under 14s are putting in the effort themselves to help make their tour possible, and any support - big or small - will make a huge difference.
