Independent candidates, as well as those standing for the main political parties are all welcome to use Crowdfunder as their political campaign fundraising platform. Many candidates seek political campaign donations via our fundraising platform in the run up to a General Election, local council elections, or to encourage people to vote tactically.
How is the money from political crowdfunding paid out?
You’ll be able to see the money you’ve raised via your online political fundraising dashboard. The funds will be kept in your fundraising pot until you choose to withdraw them to your nominated account or issued to you once your project finishes
How do I donate to a political crowdfunding project?
It’s easy to donate to a political campaign fundraiser via Crowdfunder. View our live projects to find the one you’re looking for, select the project, and click ‘donate’. You can then choose exactly how much you’d like to pledge and leave a comment of support if you’d like to. The person or group running the fundraising campaign will post updates, keeping you informed on their progress.
