About Emily 
Since her election as a North Northamptonshire unitary councillor in May 2021, Emily has been vigorously advocating for the residents of the All Saints and Brambleside area. Her commitment and hard work have made a significant impact, bringing about positive changes and fostering community spirit. In May 2023, Emily was inaugurated as the first Green Mayor of Kettering, marking a historic moment for the town.

Throughout her tenure as Mayor, Emily's enthusiasm and dedication have been unmistakable. She has been a staunch supporter of local businesses, understanding their vital role in the economic health and social fabric of Kettering. Emily has actively participated in and supported local events, demonstrating her commitment to the community. Her efforts have not only helped in promoting local culture and businesses but have also brought people together, enhancing community cohesion.

Emily's work goes beyond mere representation; she has been a vocal advocate for environmental sustainability, pushing for initiatives that benefit both the town and the planet. Compliance 
It is a requirement for donating to a political party that you are on the electoral register so please ensure you are registered. If you are eligible to vote but not on the electoral register you can register here - register to vote. It is now also a requirement to take voter ID along to the polling station. If you would like to pledge more than £50 then we will also need your personal contact details and address, so please email [email protected].  

Because we're a political party we're required to run electoral register checks from people making donations above £500, and if you donate over £1,500 during a year, we are required to let the Electoral Commission know, who will make this available on their website.

Any surplus funds after the General Election campaign will be used by Kettering GreenParty to help finance our 2025 local election campaigns.
