Sophie's Memory is fundraising for Let's Talk Well.
Sophie's Memory has raised over £30,000 for various local children/youth charities. This month, we're excited to partner with Let's Talk Well (formerly TIC+) for this special time limited crowd funder... because it's so important that every young person has someone to talk to when things get tough.
Suntory (who make Lucozade & Ribena in the county) are match funding everything we raise in the next 30 days.
