Since my first visit through Oban on the way to camping on Coll in July 1969 at 12 years old, I have fallen in love with Scotland and Oban in particular. Since then I have stayed in Oban 14/15 times, but this year after being diagnosed with the big C in April 2021 I have decided for the first and maybe last time to visit during Christmas and Hogmanay. Looking forward to the visit as always, train strikes willing!.
