Mearns Kirk Helping Hands is a volunteer led charity based in Newton Mearns, East Renfrewshire.
Our team of staff and volunteers work together to provide groups and activities to help combat loneliness and isolation and improve health and wellbeing for those most in need in our community.
We offer social and group learning activities, wellbeing groups and classes, befriending for older people, support for people living with dementia and their families and a group for people experiencing bereavement.
