The Prize
Have you ever fancied treating yourself and a friend to a champagne afternoon tea at The Ritz in London? With this incredible prize you can! And not only that, you can both travel there and back in style on the Caledonian Sleeper in one of their beautiful ensuite Club rooms.
Imagine an afternoon sitting in the world famous Ritz, sipping champagne and nibbling on delicious cakes and savouries. And with overnight travel on the Sleeper, there will be plenty of time to take in the sights as well.
The prize consists of a voucher for Champagne Afternoon Tea for Two at the Ritz and return travel for two on the Caledonian Sleeper in an ensuite Club room.
Please note that the Caledonian Sleeper offer is valid until March 2026 and subject to availability. The Champagne Afternoon Tea voucher is valid until May 2026.
The winner will receive a beautiful presentation box containing a voucher for a Champagne Afternoon Tea for Two at the Ritz, and will be given contact details for Caledonian Sleeper staff to make arrangements for travel.
The Cause
Mearns Kirk Helping Hands works to improve wellbeing and reduce loneliness and isolation for older people and people living with dementia in East Renfrewshire. By entering this draw you are supporting us to make a real difference for our members:

How to Enter
Entrants must be 18 or over and residents of Great Britain. Employees and Trustees of Mearns Kirk Helping Hands may not enter.
You can enter for free by sending your name and contact details to Mearns Kirk Helping Hands, Mearns Kirk Halls, 404 Mearns Road, G77 5BU. One entry per letter only; please put the words “London Prize Draw” on the envelope.
Entries via Crowdfunder cost £20 per entry.
Mearns Kirk Helping Hands (SC046646) is the promoter of this competition.
Entries can be made between 12pm on the 25th September 2025 and 5pm on the 9th October 2025.
The winner will be announced on 10th October 2025. Mearns Kirk Helping Hands will make arrangements to have the prize collected by or delivered to the winner. No cash alternative will be offered.
