4A small group of local parents who are passionate about the Welsh language realised that there was no local early years provision and decided to do something about it.
With the support of Mudiad Meithrin we registered as a charity and set up a regular Ti a Fi group for parents/guardians and their little people to enjoy crafts, play, songs and stories in Welsh.
We are also working towards being a registered childcare provider for pre-school children who can be left with our highly qualified staff in a Welsh language setting.
Getting this far has been an enormous challenge and we face further challenges as we become employers, navigate running a charity, become an officially registered setting, provide quality play equipment and resources, pay the rent and keep the costs down for local families who want to access Welsh language facilities.
Donations of any size are highly appreciated. £3 covers the baby snacks for a session. £30 covers the room hire for a morning.
