Mae ein harweinydd cylch Louise yn rhedeg Hanner Marathon Caerdydd ym mis Hydref i godi arian ar gyfer adnoddau i’r cylch.  

Gofynnwn yn garedig am eich help i gyrraedd ein targed. 

Our cylch leader Louise is running the Cardiff half marathon in October to raise money for our cylch.
