We are creating a new Workbridge service that will support and empower those in the community who are disadvantaged.
The closure of Workbridge was a real loss for our community, but we’re delighted to share that we are now working to continue its legacy in a new and meaningful way.
With determination, passion and the support of local people, we are creating a new Workbridge service and are working towards becoming a charity.
Its purpose is simple but powerful: to support some of the most vulnerable people in and around Northampton.
Our vision is to build a safe, welcoming and empowering space for people living with mental health needs, autism, learning disabilities and brain injury.
A place where they can learn life, vocational and independent‑living skills, connect with others, and feel valued as part of our community. We want everyone who walks through our door to rise to the challenge and reach their full potential.
To bring this vision to life, we need to raise £150,000. This will help us set up as a new organisation to serve the whole of Northamptonshire and create a space that is accessible, safe and full of opportunity.
We would be incredibly grateful for your support. A donation of £10 - or whatever you feel able to give - will help us reach our goal and open our doors.
As a thank you, we plan to create a Wall of Hope in our new home, displaying the name of every single person who donates. It will stand as a visible reminder of the strength, generosity and spirit of Northamptonshire.
If you’re able to support us to get up and running, in any way at all, we would be so grateful. And if you can, please share our fundraising link with friends, family and across your social channels to help spread the word.
