The more you can help raise, the more we can do to improve the park for the benefit of everyone in the local community.

Any extra funds will enable us to carry out more repair and improvement work across the park, such as repairing park signage, repairing the pergola in the Rose Garden, removing graffiti, tennis court repairs etc.

If donating, why not add a comment and suggest what you'd like us to work on next?

Please help us create a park to be proud of. Thank you.

Please help us repair all benches across Western Flatts park

The Friends of Western Flatts Cliff Park volunteer group are hoping to raise £500 to cover the cost of refurbishing the benches across Western Flatts park.

Due to many years of wear and tear and ongoing council funding cuts, the benches have become very worn, damaged and in some cases unsafe to sit on. 1714518155_bench_refurb.jpg

Money raised through Crowdfunder will go towards paint, timber and the materials needed to allow us to refurbish the benches as best we can back to their original condition.

(Crowdfunder charges 20p per donation + a 2.4% fee + 20% VAT e.g. a donation of £10 would result in £9.47 towards the repairs fund and 20p+24+9p in fees)

How you can help

You can help us reach our crowdfunding goal by donating via the Support Us button above and/or by raising awareness of this campaign by sharing our fundraiser Facebook post or this link with your friends and family.
