Aim
We aim to make the club more welcoming, enjoyable and economical.
The Cattedown Social Club has been around for over 60 years. When we were younger we could not wait to be 18 to get our membership. It is run by a voluntary committee and officers. They all work very hard behind the scenes to make the club work for the members and local community. Lots of members give their time for free helping within the club to make improvements. We need to up grade our heating and our electricity. We have all ready started refurbishments in the toilets but still need new flooring. We would like to install a small kitchen to be able to offer hot/cold food. In the future we would like to move the entrance to make it more accessible. If we raised enough money we could possibly re-cover our seating.
