We did it! 🙌
We made it! The 7 hour walk ended up being 16.7 miles. Thank you to everyone that walked and who supported us through donations 🥰🦊
As special thanks to our Guides, Naomi and Hattie (& Oliver) who absolutely smashed the full walk today and to Izzy for joining at Ashurst for the wettest part of the walk! We're so so proud of all three of you.
We've smashed our target but obviously any extra donations are welcomed.

Trial Run Time!
Today Rebekah and Emma did a trial run of the walk to make sure the route is up to scratch and safe for anyone joining us.
We came across several hurdles but we've ironed them out and have a MUCH drier route ready for the 3rd December!

4th Ramalley Guides leadership team are walking 15 miles from Ramalley, Chandler's Ford to Foxlease, Lyndhurst. It's not just a walk; it's a step towards securing Foxies' Future.
Protecting Foxlease for Future Generations
Girlguiding's decision to sell all five of the Guiding Activity centres, including Foxlease, has left us deeply disheartened. Many of us have cherished unforgettable moments at Foxlease, and the abrupt announcement without any chance for us to save these centres is hard to accept. In response, a dedicated group of leaders has formed Foxie's Future, a new charity aiming to secure Foxlease.
Foxies Future's aim after purchase is to restore and preserve the historic buildings, site and adventurous activity provisions so that they remain available to future generations of young people and the community that currently uses the site, both local, national and international.
This is Your Chance to Make a Difference!
We invite you to be a part of this vital mission to save Foxlease. There are two ways you can get involved: use this page to donate to our cause or join us in the walk. Your generous donations will go a long way in preserving this invaluable space for generations to come. Additionally, if you're up for the challenge, we encourage you to walk alongside us and show your commitment to Foxlease.
