Driving Aid to Ukraine 12k Winter Appeal to Jan 23

Firstly a huge note of appreciation. Your donations help make these trips happen

Also  I have to say a big thank you to the residents, schools, churches and businesses of East Finchley, London and the surrounding North London areas. (Finchley, Crouch End, Hampstead, Enfield, Finsbury Park, Cricklewood, Muswell Hill, and Highgate).

Huge generosity and kindness were shown again. 

A special thanks to

-The Charles Hill Primary School pupils at Cricklewood for their donations of children’s clothes and toys.

-The residents of Homefield Gardens in East Finchley for their collection of adult and children’s clothes and shoes.

-Crouch End resident John for organising a collection of adult and children's clothes.

-Neal, scout leaders, and the cubs/scouts of the 244th North London Air Scouts for their continued support.

-N2 resident Lynn for organising street collections of winter clothes.

Also a special call out to;

@British Ukraine Aid and @Support Ukraine UK @Tatiana / Olexander and all the Support Ukraine Team for their fabulous support for the truck, the sharing of warehouse space, packing/organising palleting, loading the truck, making things happen and their donations.

@ Help Ukraine Telford who provided excellent support to help make the trip happen and who have trusted us to get their donations to Ukraine. 

@ Goods for Good who have continued to trust us with transporting their generous donations to Ukraine 

Slawomir Globtrutuar for not only trusting us with his donations but was a massive help to load the truck.

@Monika Bus for again providing superb trucks/ staff to get the aid to the Ukraine border. 

@Folkowisko - Vladimir and the team will help again distribute the aid inside Ukraine. 

On the truck are cooking stoves, medical kits, baby/children/adult winter clothing, bedding, baby food, dried food, pet food, medicine, tents, sleeping bags, toys, children's art material, toiletries, and school stationery. heaters, candles, torches and batteries.

Fully loaded! The truck, with 24 tons of aid, will arrive on Thursday morning at the Ukraine border. Our NGO partners on the border will then distribute the aid inside Ukraine.
