Our Vision: More Than Just Walls
When we look at our workshop, we don't just see a building project. We see:
- A therapy room where people can access affordable support regardless of their financial situation
- A community space where peer support groups gather weekly, finding strength in shared experiences
- A creative studio where art therapy and expression become pathways to healing
- A connected indoor-outdoor environment with a conservatory and fire pit area, bringing the therapeutic power of nature into our work
This isn't about building a facility—it's about building a lifeline for those who've been waiting too long for support.
Why We're Walking: 50 Miles, 30 Days, 2 Bearded Friends
Pawel and Richard might seem an unlikely pair to take on a 50-mile challenge. We're two big blokes with beards, not athletes! But this journey mirrors the one our wider community take every day—one step at a time, sometimes difficult, always worthwhile.
Each mile we walk represents the journey so many take in silence before finding support. The blisters we'll earn are nothing compared to the pain of facing mental health challenges alone. And just as we'll rely on each other when the path gets tough, we're building a space where no one has to walk their healing journey alone.
