0The UK Afghanistan Veterans Community has been built by Veterans for Veterans off of the back of research conducted by M&C Saatchi WS that pointed to the need. 16,000 veterans responded and told us that they fear that their sacrifices will be forgotten.
Our work is conducted across our 3 pillars of Communicate, Commemorate, Educate and our values are Empathy, Unity and Progress.
We have marched at the Cenotaph, briefed the Prime Minister, conducted a Veterans Breakfast Club with the Veterans Minister, partaken in VE80 and been recognised as the official organisation representing veterans of Afghanistan in the UK.
