Raising vital funds for Lumiere Charity, who are building a safe, inclusive space where children can laugh, play, and belong without barrier
We’re Nadine and April—two proud nanny's with a mission. Inspired by our grandson Lee, a bright and beautiful non-verbal boy on the autism spectrum, we are determined to transform love into action.
This year, we’re taking on a series of challenges—Snowdon, the Yorkshire Three Peaks, Ben Nevis, and a 10km run at Tatton Park—to raise funds and awareness for children who deserve spaces to play, connect, and grow.
We may not be elite athletes, but we’re climbing, hiking, and running for something far greater: a future where no child is left on the sidelines. With your support, Lumiere Charity will grow and continue to open its doors to countless children and families, proving that inclusion isn’t optional—it’s essential.
Our goal is simple but powerful:
👉 Raise awareness of autism and inclusion
👉 Support Lumiere’s new Soft Play Sensory Centre
👉 Give children and families the chance to thrive, not struggle
When playgrounds exclude nearly half of children with disabilities, we believe it’s time to build something better. Together, we can turn isolation into connection, and create a world where every child’s potential shines.
Let’s challenge current beliefs and climb for every child who deserves joy without limits. 💙
