Swim for Albania Overboard for the Ionian Sea

Aim

Three friends passionate about marine wildlife will swim from the coast of Albania to Corfu to support the protection of the Ionian Sea

Lo que empezó hace un año como una apuesta ha acabado haciéndose realidad: este año, 3 amigos de diferentes puntos de España, unidos por nuestra pasión por el mar y su increíble vida marina, nos sumamos a la Albania Overboard para nadar desde la costa de Albania hasta Corfú (¡¡3,000 metros!!! Nos hemos estado entrenando todo el verano!!!!!). A través de este reto, queremos ayudar a recaudar fondos para  Ionian Environmental Foundation (IEF), una Fundación sin ánimo de lucro que forma parte del Conservation Collective, centrada en financiar proyectos dedicados a proteger el entorno marino.

What began a year ago as a simple bet has now become a reality: this year, three friends from different parts of Spain, united by our passion for the sea and its incredible marine life, are taking on the Albania Overboard challenge — swimming from the coast of Albania to Corfu (3,000 metres!!! We’ve been training all summer!!!!).

Through this adventure, we want to help raise funds for the Ionian Environmental Foundation (IEF), a non-profit organisation that is part of the Conservation Collective, focused on funding projects dedicated to protecting the marine environment.
