To improve the health and well-being of our amazing NHS Primary Care Teams
🚶 Support Tameside Primary Care Staff
Staff at Grosvenor Medical Centre are coming together to complete a virtual step challenge—covering an incredible 2,424.6 km (1,506.6 miles) along the length of New Zealand in just six weeks. That’s about 25,000 steps a day per person!
This challenge isn’t just a physical journey—it’s about raising awareness and funds for the Tameside Medical Education Trust, a charity supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our dedicated NHS primary care staff.
Every day, these teams go above and beyond to care for our communities. They work under constant pressure, facing emotional and physical strain, yet continue to deliver exceptional care with compassion. It’s time we gave something back.
Funds raised will help provide access to mental health resources, resilience training, wellness activities, and stress-relief programs. These services are essential to ensure our healthcare heroes have the support they need to stay strong and well.
