To support the health and wellbeing of primary care staff in Tameside. To provide funds for wellbeing and educational events.

We’re Stepping Up for a Great Cause—championing the health and wellbeing of Primary Care staff across Tameside.

As part of the Step-Up Challenge, teams are coming together to boost daily movement, foster a sense of community, and improve mental wellbeing—all while showing our appreciation for the tireless efforts of NHS primary care staff.

Our NHS colleagues work under immense pressure every day to deliver essential services that keep our communities safe and healthy. Tameside Medical Education Trust, originally founded to support medical education, is now also committed to the mental health, resilience, and overall wellbeing of our remarkable workforce.

With your donations, we provide vital resources such as stress-relief programs, wellness initiatives, and supportive activities to help staff navigate the daily challenges they face.
