My name is Enrique Hernandez, I am a young man in a not so such a young body :-) I am really, I mean, really passionate about music just because music gave direction and balance to my life in all its forms and shapes, from the disco days to the air guitar (yup, never really learned how to play)
After almost 20 years organising tours , festival, events, etc with the musicians I loved, I decided to take a sabbatical year, move to the UK (I forgot to mention, I am from Spain) and that year became almost 15!. I am also a devoted motorcyclist so I started a Boots Company with my friends at Sendra Boots in Spain and in one of our regular meetings, they convinced me to get back to the music Bizz and organice a Music Festival in the beautiful city of Almansa, where the factory is located.
The Idea seemed brilliant since both the Factory directors and myself have similar music taste and they always supported Rock and roots music, endorsing many artists through the years.
Turns out the project has become a reality and we really want to give continuity and become one of the best Festival in the world; for now, we are programming artist from the UK, Europe, USA and Spain, all of them amazing but (here's why we need finance), we want to offer an excellent service and a real quality event for everyone and also have the chance to book a headliner that ,makes the project more attractive for the big public.
It is going to be incredible, fun, warm and mostly we want to grow and start adding activities such as music business meetings, food and catering samplings, contest for new bands and many more great things, make it a space for debate, for people who really love music.
So far we have booked 14 of these artist and we will enjoying the 5th and 6th of June an amazing experience with the live music, Local Wine presentations and sampling (they are awesome wines), Food from Argentina, Local delights, Mexico, etc.
We are also considering a custom motorcycle exhibition all the Festival dates through and a third day Family orientated with Music Lessons, Comedians and a different music approach like Disco or similars.
This project comes from the heart but the heart doesn't provide finance on it's on, so please consider investing in our Festival, you'd be investing in yourselves :-)

Increíble festival de rock and roll, blues, soul, surf, garage y música de raices en La preciosa ciudad española de Almansa en Albacete, perfecto para pasar un fin de semana muy divertido.
Mi nombre es Enrique Hernández, soy un joven en un cuerpo no tan joven :-) Me apasiona la música, y lo digo en serio, porque la música le ha dado sentido y equilibrio a mi vida en todas sus formas y manifestaciones, desde los días de la disco hasta los de guitarra aérea (en efecto, nunca aprendí a tocar un instrumento de verdad).
Después de mas de 20 años organizando giras, festivales, eventos, etc. con los músicos que me gustaban, decidí tomarme un año sabático, mudarme al Reino Unido (se me olvidó mencionar que soy Español) y ese año se convirtió en casi 15. También soy un loco de las motos, así que fundé una empresa de botas con mis amigos de Sendra Boots en España y, en una de nuestras reuniones habituales, nació la idea de organizar un Festival, lo que me animó a volver al mundo de la música y organizara un festival musical con el nombre de Sonido Almansa.
La idea me pareció brillante, ya que la ciudad siempre ha estado vinculada a este tipo de sonidos y a través de sus locales han apoyado el rock y la música de raices, respaldando a muchos artistas a lo largo de los años.
El proyecto se ha hecho realidad y queremos darle continuidad y convertirlo en uno de los mejores festivales del mundo. Por ahora, estamos programando artistas del Reino Unido, Europa, Estados Unidos y España, todos ellos increíbles, pero (y aquí es donde necesitamos financiación) queremos ofrecer un servicio excelente y un evento de verdadera calidad para todos, y también tener la oportunidad de contratar a un cabeza de cartel en el futuro que haga el proyecto más atractivo para el gran público.
Va a ser increíble, divertido, acogedor y todo un encuentro cultural; nuestro sueño es crecer y empezar a añadir actividades como reuniones de negocios musicales, degustaciones de comida y catering, concursos para nuevas bandas y muchas otras cosas estupendas, convertirlo en un espacio de debate para las personas que realmente aman la música.
Hasta ahora hemos contratado a 14 de estos artistas y los días 5 y 6 de junio disfrutaremos de una experiencia increíble con música en directo, presentaciones y degustaciones de vinos locales (son vinos increíbles), comida de Argentina, delicias locales, México, etc.
También estamos considerando una exposición de motocicletas personalizadas durante todas las fechas del festival y un tercer día orientado a la familia con clases de música, comediantes y un enfoque musical diferente, como disco o similares.
Este proyecto nace del corazón, pero el corazón no proporciona financiación por sí solo, así que por favor, considerar invertir en nuestro festival, estaréis invirtiendo en vosotros mismos :-)
