Biking people are officially the best people in the world! In less than A WEEK you gorgeous folk have smashed through our initial target of £40,000!!
From everybody at Brixton Cycles - past & present - THANK YOU for helping us to #savebrixtoncycles! We are blown away by your support.
What happens now? Well, the all-or-nothing part of our crowdfunding campaign goes out of the window! All the money we've raised so far & any money we raise from here is now secure & will definitely end up in our piggy bank. You'll notice that our campaign is now lit up in orange, signally that we have entered overfunding & our new target is £80,000!
We estimate our total moving costs as between £120,000-£150,000 & while we're pulling out all the stops to get this money together, the more we can raise through crowdfunding, the less we have to beg, borrow or steal! Also, the more money we raise, the better the new Brixton Cycles will be!
So please, see this not as the end, but as the beginning! We have 29 days of the campaign left & we would love to hit or even exceed that £80K goal.
