0We are the RSPCA Milton Keynes and North Buckinghamshire Branch, founded on the 5th April 1978. We rescue, rehabilitate and re-home cats, rabbits and other small animals, including dogs and other pets when space allows.
We concentrate on animals who have been victims of cruelty, neglect and suffering in our local area, reaching out to help other areas across the UK when we can.
As a separately registered branch of the RSPCA, we rely on generous support from the public and businesses to help us to continue our vital work of helping animals in need. Being a small independent charity, we are responsible for raising our own funds through our local charity shops, fundraising events, grants and donations. All of which allow us to continue our vital work.
We are run by a small group of volunteer Trustees, who are supported by a much larger group of volunteers; including animal rescuers, fosterers, event planners, event volunteers, social media, animal coordinators, fundraisers, support and admin. We have minimal charity shop staff (who are supported by dedicated teams of volunteers), a part time branch manager and a full time animal welfare coordinator.
We are all very passionate about the work we do and value all of your support. Every single penny helps and we appreciate every donation.
