Right to Resist

RCN 1201092, Hexham

R2R provides services to help reduce bullying and assault.

Bullying takes many forms, from schoolyard to domestic violence, assault and rape.

All are horrendous, yet it can be hard for victims to defend themselves or provide sufficient evidence to bring the perpetrators to justice.

Right to Resist (R2R) has been created to provide services to help prevent attacks, empower potential victims and gather evidence.

The first of these is BullyCam, a free app available now in The App Store and Google Play. At a single click it streams video and data to a report page in the cloud and sends links to Family & Friends so they can instantly see what's happening & where, and decide on what to do next. The report page cannot be deleted once the stream has started, even if your device is taken from you.

So it's a deterrent, alert & proof at a single click.

We now urgently need funding to get the app downloaded, first to those vulnerable people who need it most and later to as many people as possible, as you never know when you might be involved in or witness to an incident.

The funding will be used to increase awareness of BullyCam and pass on the knowledge of its use, so that with testimonials and case studies we can increase the number of downloads and put pressure on national and regional authorities which deal with the victims of bullying, abuse and assault to deploy it to protect those in their care.

This awareness starts with the creation of a website and a presence on social media, without which we will not be able to promote the free download of the BullyCam app.
