Phoebe’s aiming to conquer Pen-y-Ghent on 15 Aug, raising funds for disability gymnasts at our trampoline club!
On 15th August, my daughter Phoebe and her friend from trampolining are taking on Pen-y-Ghent, one of the tougher peaks in the Yorkshire Dales. Its a fair walk so fingers crossed they make it to the top.
They’re doing it to raise money for our trampoline club’s fundraiser for new competition-standard equipment. This will help expand opportunities for the disability gymnasts who train with us, giving more young athletes the chance to access the sport and train safely.
Sport England’s movement team have agreed to match funding, so anything sponsored will be doubled. Every penny raised goes directly towards the club.
