Aim

I am raising money for Theatre royal wakefield! The theatre is very close to my heart and I’d appreciate any donation you can give!

I am raising money for theatre royal Wakefield by running the Sheffield half marathon on the 26th of march! This is my first challenge of this kind, and I wanted to fundraise for somewhere special! Wakefield, like many theatres is a charity and it survives off of the incredible donations they receive throughout the year! I was lucky enough to be a part of their summer and Easter youth projects whilst in my teens and to have returned for professional work in recent years so it is very dear to my heart! The theatre does spectacular work within the community and is the heart and soul of wakefield! With the arts being so badly hit during covid it is more important than ever to support arts venues! Donate anything you can to this wonderful theatre and  I promise to run faster for every penny I receive!
