Menston Area Nature Trust (MANT) is a charity aimed at creating, enhancing and protecting habitats for nature in and around Menston.

MANT is a charity dedicated to supporting wildlife and nature regeneration. With our wildlife in freefall, they need space and suitable habitats to recover their numbers and flourish. A thriving natural world is not a 'nice to have', it is essential for the survival of the human species. Restoring nature also has incredible benefits from improved mental welfare to soaking up carbon dioxide, so reducing global warming and helping stabilize weather patterns.

We are advocates of wide environmental education, for young and old, and encourage people to get out and enjoy nature as often as they can.

Otley Road Fields Menston Appeal Update

Dear Donor

Thank you for your generosity in supporting our bid to buy Otley Road fields, in Menston for the local community and wildlife. We have been overwhelmed by the support we have received.

I regret to have to tell you that our bid, in conjunction with Menston Parish Council and another individual, has been unsuccessful. Consequently I am contacting you to offer to return your donation.

Please email [email protected] to let us know if you would like your donation refunded or not. If you would like a refund, please include your bank account name, sort code and account number. Alternatively you can text me all the details on 07940917331.

Any funds that are not refunded will be kept as a fund for future land purchases in or around Menston. If you would rather your donation went towards the purchase of Weston Woods, please let us know.
