Our project helps Men in our communities across West Lancashire engage, empower and reintegrate them back into society in several forms.
Our vision is to enable Men to manage their mental health, to turn poor mental wellbeing into manageable mental wellbeing, where the person in question knows their own triggers, can use the coping strategies we plan to enable them to take back control of their lives and be there best self once again.
Our approach is always bespoke to the individual and we have several approaches to find what suits the individual back to good mental health.
