Liverpool Lighthouse is an Arts and Community Centre based in North Liverpool. We have arts and wellbeing together at the heart of all we do and we aim to be a Creative Sanctuary for the most vulnerable and the city's artists. Our mission is: - To bring arts and wellbeing activities to the local community and the most vulnerable. - To support artists from backgrounds underrepresented in the arts to develop their careers. - To provide arts and cultural experiences for underserved North Liverpool communities.

Liverpool Lighthouse offers everyone the chance to build their wellbeing through the arts, whether through performing and creating or enjoying the work produced by others as part of an audience. We believe that getting involved with the arts alongside the practical support we offer can transform people’s life experience and create thriving communities of people living more fulfilled lives.
Our vision is to be a Creative Sanctuary, a safe space for people to nurture their creativity and find practical support, whether they be members of the local community, from vulnerable groups such as people experiencing homelessness or refugees, or artists who value a space with no agendas where they can collaborate and create according to their own vision.
We offer everyone the chance to participate, making sure our programmes attract and cater for people from the most disadvantaged backgrounds who have the fewest opportunities to experience the benefits of creating and performing. Our mission is to help empower people to reach their potential and make a positive contribution and provide a space for the people whose voices are least heard.
Working with the most vulnerable and disadvantaged, we don’t charge for our community activities, to ensure that everyone can access the support they need and have opportunities to express their creativity and experience the wellbeing benefits of participating in the arts.
