Liverpool Gospel Music Festival is returning to Stanley Park on September 7th 2024 for another fun-filled, family friendly day of celebrating gospel music. Last year 3000 people came and soaked up the sunshine and the incredible vibes as we listened to the best gospel artists in the UK.
This year our headliners are the UK’s most streamed gospel music artist Limoblaze and the incredible London Community Gospel Choir, a Guinness World Record-breaking choir that regularly graces many of the world’s greatest events such as the International FA Cup Final at Wembley Stadium, Glastonbury, Live 8, World Aids Festival and the Grammy’s! Alongside we have loads of amazing artists from across the UK sharing the stage with some fantastic local choirs.
Tickets for the Festival are on sale now and local discount tickets will be available to people living in L4, L5 and L6 soon, making it a fantastic, affordable family day out, with food from around the world, interesting stalls to investigate and activities for the kids throughout the day.
Liverpool Gospel Music Festival is an inclusive celebration of our whole community in North Liverpool. It's been an incredibly difficult few years for our community, but in the face of people trying to divide us and exploit our struggles, we believe in our community, its spirit, its resilience, its love. Liverpool Gospel Music Festival is a chance for us to show the best of our community, to come together to celebrate the music we enjoy thanks to the creativity and contribution of Black artists and communities to our culture here in the UK.
It’s a tough year for Festivals and every little helps, so to help bring an event that brings people together to North Liverpool and shows the world who we really are, we are looking for people to donate to our Crowdfunder.
