Aim

A number of improvements to our Tap Room, which has become a wonderful community, introduce a food prep area and double our brewing capacity

It’s 2019. We start Leviathan Brewing with nothing but ambition and recipes. Months later, Covid hits and somehow, we hold our nerve and navigated our way through 2020.

We come out swinging: consistent growth, and in 2022, the launch of our Tap Room next door. 

Now we’re looking ahead, and we’re ready to go further than ever.

Here’s what your support makes possible:

🍺 More than double our brewing capacity with 12-15 rotating Leviathan beers on tap, and a serious push to get more of our beer into trade customers across the UK.

🍔 A new prep area -  with rotating menu for everyone in the Tap Room, and a usable space for the pop-ups you already love catching here

🌴 A reimagined Reddicap Ibiza - the outdoor space you’ve loved since day one, upgraded, plus more toilets (because a great pint deserves a great experience).
