Langley Insurance Agents Dan Robinson is Fundraising for If u care share

I'll be running this years Great North Run for the IF U CARE SHARE Foundation, as part of Langley Insurance Agents' Double the Difference fundraising, to help raise as much as possible to assist in the prevention and support of suicide and the families that are left behind.

As part of Langley Insurance Agents, I've teamed up with Aviva Insurance for this challenge who have kindly agreed to match any donations i receive, if you can spare £10 then the charity will receive £20.

I know first hand the benefits of being active and running for my own mental health and after ACL surgery last August - and not being able to walk at the time of last years Great North Run - it seems fitting that it is a run to support those suffering the most.

Suicide is something that I've seen effect people close to me and the work that IF U CARE SHARE do to prevent and support this can not be understated, so if one less person loses a life or one less family have to deal with the grief that is left behind then all the hard work of learning to walk and run again will be worth it.
