Aim

16 members of Staff and Alumni from the London Academy of Excellence Tottenham are raising funds for Tottenham Foodbank.

London Academy of Excellence Tottenham is a sixth form school in Tottenham with staff who have been participating in Tough Mudder for 5 years, fundraising for the work of different local and national charities. This will be our 6th year of participating in Tough Mudder London West with 16 Staff and Alumni aiming to complete the 5km or 15km race with 12 to 20 obstacles in their way on Saturday 9th of May.

Tottenham Foodbank is more than a place to collect food —it’s a vital community lifeline. Based in the heart of North London, in the iconic Victorian Tottenham Town Hall, they serve people hit hardest by the cost of living crisis: families, older people, disabled residents, and individuals facing hunger for the first time—those who never imagined they’d need a foodbank, but whose lives changed due to illness, job loss, bereavement or rising costs.

Every week, Tottenham Foodbank provides parcels containing at least three days’ worth of nutritionally balanced food to individuals and families in urgent need. But they also offer more than food: they signpost to support services, campaign for long-term change, and work in deep partnership with local organisations to challenge the root causes of poverty.

Demand for their services is rising fast. Donations, however, are at an all-time low. Without support like ours, they will struggle to meet the growing needs of the community.

Every single donation helps ensure someone in crisis doesn’t go without food or support when they need it most.

So please give what you can as Obi ,Hamada, James, Jessica, Jo, Kamile, Leyla,Louis, Ozzy, Phil, Rufus, Sophie, Wiktor, Imran, Gabriel, Luke and Zaidoune tackle muddy obstacles on the 9th of May and support the work of Tottenham Foodbank,
