Aim

We are raising funds to provide warm and functional toilets for men, ladies and children, along with fitting out our kitchen space.

Who are we?

We are far more than just a rugby club.  Whilst we are fully dedicated to our adult and junior rugby, we also hosts many other sports.  We run a junior parkrun every Sunday morning, providing free activity for children to get them some fresh air and exercise and meet new friends.

We also offer our facility for many other kinds of groups and charities, including the City of Peterborough Concert Band, Bretton WI, The Poppy Appeal and much more.

Why are we Crowdfunding and how will it help the community?

Our clubhouse and grounds are available for parties, groups and clubs to meet, and we have a Playzone where many different clubs come to train on our all weather pitch.  The provision of toilet facilities and a kitchen will enhance the visitor experience for hundreds of our users, and hopefully encourage more visitors to come along.  Raising this money will enable us to provide safe and warm indoor facilities and provide hot food and refreshments to users and spectators.

The provision of indoor facilities will hopefully encourage older visitors, as we already offer walking rugby, and are starting walking netball in Spring 2026.

As well as enabling us to provide refreshments, we will also be able to offer the kitchen space to groups, clubs and charities to help support their fundraising activities.

Providing these spaces will make a huge difference to our club and the people who use it.
