Heard 3 singing male Nightingales at Castor Hanglands

Really good evening walk last night, Nightingales were singing well and we found lots of Nightingale food ie catipillars!

Nearly halfway in in reaching the £5000 target.

Guided Walk to listen to Nightingales at Castor Hanglands on the 16th May

On the 16th May, there will be a guided walk around Castor Hanglands National Nature Reserve, led by Chris Gardiner, Senior Reserve Warden.  Please meet at Southey Wood FC car Park at 7pm.  the walk will last till about 8.30pm.  It can be slightly muddy underfoot, and surfaces are uneven,…
