11th May 2016Guided Walk to listen to Nightingales at Castor Hanglands on the 16th May
On the 16th May, there will be a guided walk around Castor Hanglands National Nature Reserve, led by Chris Gardiner, Senior Reserve Warden. Please meet at Southey Wood FC car Park at 7pm. the walk will last till about 8.30pm. It can be slightly muddy underfoot, and surfaces are uneven, so stout shoes are recommended. No need to book and event is free, but of course more donations to Keep the Nightingales Singing, would be most welcome.
The weather forecast for the 16th May looks fine, so we should hear plenty of Nightingales Singing.
