Katy is battling brain lymphoma. This prize draw will raise vital funds towards her treatment, care and ongoing recovery.
Gondwana Collection Namibia has generously donated a N$10,000 voucher to support Katy Sharpe’s friends, family and supporters in raising funds for her medical treatment.
The voucher can be redeemed for Dinner, Bed & Breakfast at participating Gondwana Collection properties*, including Camping and Camping2Go, offering a wonderful opportunity to experience some of Namibia’s spectacular destinations.
As a thank you for supporting Katy, one donor’s name will be selected at random using random selection software on 1 October 2026 to receive the voucher.
* Please note, the following properties are excluded from the prize: Klein-Aus Vista, The Weinberg Windhoek, The Weinberg Urban Pods, The Weinberg Terrace Suite, The Pearls Beach Pods, and Okapuka Safari Lodge.

The fundraising is for Katy Sharpe, who is undergoing treatment for B-cell lymphoma affecting the lining of her brain.
Katy has already undergone brain surgery in Johannesburg and Gamma Knife radiation and continues to require ongoing medical treatment, medication, scans and care. Her illness has had a profound impact on both her health and her ability to manage everyday life.
Funds raised will help Katy and her family meet the significant costs of her ongoing medical treatment, healthcare, medication, investigations and associated care.
Every donation, whatever the amount, will make a meaningful difference to Katy and her family during this incredibly difficult time.

Although the Crowdfunder is in GBP, one entry costs only around N$220 — for the chance to win a N$10,000 Gondwana accommodation voucher. So please don’t let the currency put you off!

Katy's friends and family (and those who don't know Katy personally) live far and wide across the globe. So this Prize Draw will be open to all nationalities. Please note however that the voucher is not transferable in any way and so if you are entering the prize draw, please be informed that only the named winner will be able to redeem the voucher.
