Aim
Provide support and awareness for the FND community.
FND Together We Rise is a Community Interest Company dedicated to supporting people living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND).
FND is a complex and often misunderstood neurological condition that can have a life-changing impact on those affected. Many people face long delays in diagnosis, limited support, and a lack of understanding from others.
We created FND Together We Rise to change that.
Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive community where people feel heard, believed, and supported. We aim to offer peer support, raise awareness, and provide resources to help individuals and families navigate life with FND.
The funds raised through this campaign will help us:
Develop support groups for those living with FND
Create accessible resources and information
Raise awareness to improve understanding of the condition
Build a stronger, more connected community
Every donation, no matter how small, will help us make a real difference to people who often feel isolated and overlooked.
