Sorry to say it’s not worked out this year to train for the half marathon - I will refund all pledges shortly.
It is with a heavy heart I’ve had to admit that I am not able to run the Cardiff half in October -
I am so grateful for all the pledges and encouragement from my lovely friends and supporters but this years training has not worked out for me as I reconfigure my working life, and juggle family commitments.
