At Your True Reflection, our volunteers are the heartbeat of everything we do. They’re a compassionate team of beauty professionals, holistic therapists, and everyday women who give their time, skills, and hearts to support survivors of domestic abuse and trauma. Many of our volunteers have walked their own journeys of healing, and now choose to walk alongside others, offering care, dignity, and a safe space to rest, rebuild, and be seen.
Whether providing facials, making a cup of tea, packing donated skincare, or simply listening with love, our team shows up with no judgement—just kindness. Each treatment is more than beauty—it’s a quiet reminder that someone cares. We’re proud to work with such a powerful sisterhood of women helping women, reminding every survivor: you are not alone.

At Your True Reflection CIC, we believe that healing begins with feeling seen and valued. Our mission is to help survivors of domestic violence and traumatic events heal from trauma through the transformative power of care and community support. Here’s how:
- Free Beauty Treatments: Over 100 treatments have been gifted to date, each one a moment of relaxation and restoration for women rebuilding their lives.
- Regifting Initiatives: More than £10,000 worth of products and clothing shared with those who need it most—because reseting starts with the essentials.
- Educational Resources: From expert-led videos to podcasts and a free resource library, we offer survivors practical tools to navigate their healing journey.
- Scholarship Programs: Launching this summer, our Skin College Training scholarships—worth £50,000—will empower women to find new skills and a brighter future.
