To open the Good Company headquarters, giving our Concierge service a stable home to support carers and older people before situations reach
Why this matters
At some point, many of us will find ourselves supporting an older parent, partner or relative. When that happens, it can be hard to know where to start or who to trust.
Good Company exists so people are not left to figure things out alone. Through our Concierge service, we offer real conversations, clear guidance and practical follow up when caring becomes part of everyday life.
Why we are opening a headquarters
As the Concierge service has grown, we now need a stable base where our team and volunteers can work safely, train consistently and create the guidance people rely on after conversations like those held at Aspen.

How this helps you and your family
Supporting the headquarters helps make sure that when you or your family need guidance around ageing or caring, there is a trusted place and real people ready to help, before situations become overwhelming.
Looking ahead
We are building and testing this model in East Sussex, learning what works in real life and refining it with people who use the service. Our ambition is to roll Good Company out more widely in the future, so this kind of support is available in more places.

What you will receive in return
Everyone who supports the crowdfunder will receive a thank you and an update once the headquarters is open, including photos of the space in use and a short reflection on what your support has helped make possible.
Supporters will also be invited to be named on a Founders Wall in the new headquarters, recognising the people and organisations who helped establish the space at the point of opening.
Most importantly, you will be helping secure the future of the Concierge service Aspen has supported for the last three years, ensuring people are not left without guidance when caring becomes part of everyday life.
