For many struggling with long-term unemployment, isolation can feel overwhelming.

Without a pathway back into work, confidence fades and hope can seem out of reach.

However, together we can change that.

At our Life College, we are launching a vital Catering and Hospitality Training programme called FULL, to give those over 30, who have faced long term unemployment, the chance to rebuild their futures. Through specialist courses in hospitality, catering, customer service and food safety, participants will gain real world experience in our brand -new café at Jubilee Central which will open in autumn 2025.

This hands -on training will not only equip them with essential skills but will also help them reconnect with the community and step confidently into employment.

With your support we will partner with local businesses to secure job placements in welcoming, supportive environments, giving people not just training, but real opportunities to thrive.

To make this vision a reality, we need to raise £15000 to launch our six -month pilot programme.

£20 could provide 1 day of training for a participant seeking employment.

£108 could provide a participant with a certification in customer service and food safety and enable them to have a qualification to show on their CV

£500 could take 1 student through a 12 -week programme with an employment opportunity on completion.
