Aim
We need a new minibus to carry veterans and community groups, keeping this lifeline rolling for those who rely on it.
Sad to say, but the time has come to take our faithful old minibus off the road for good. She’s developed yet another fault, and it’s simply no longer viable to keep patching her up.
She wasn’t the fastest, the prettiest, or the easiest to fix (trust me,I’ve spent more nights under her bonnet and lying underneath her than in my own bed!), but she’s been part of the family and has served us with heart.
From holidays and sporting events to humanitarian runs, remembrance parades, and the occasional emergency chip-shop stop, she’s carried veterans, community groups, sports teams, refugees, and more.
Now the old girl’s coughed her last, and it’s time to hang up her keys.
We’re launching a Crowdfunder to help us get a new minibus so we can keep doing what we do best: helping those who need us.
