Early Help Team supports proactive services that assist children, young people, and families at the earliest opportunity—before issues escalate. We provide tailored support, improve outcomes, and reduce the need for more intensive interventions. It focuses on promoting wellbeing, strengthening family resilience, and ensuring access to the right help at the right time.
