Aim

I am raising funds for our special needs and disability programme in rural Malawi, for those who have neurological or physical disabilities.

I am raising money for our family's non-profit charity, African Vision Malawi, which helps to support the most marginalised people in rural Malawi. The project I am specifically fundraising for is our Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) programme, which will support those who have neurological or physical disabilities.

In October I will be embarking on a cycling challenge...The Two Volcano Sprint is a single-stage, self-supported bicycle race starting and finishing at south Italy’s two iconic volcanoes, Mt. Vesuvio and Mt. Etna. The route crosses through rural mountain villages, forests, and the Appenine mountain range! In order to complete the challenge within the cut off time I'll have to average around 200km a day and around 4000m of climbing, for 6 days. I'll carry everything I need and sleep wherever I can find a spot!

Where will your money go? We need assessment tools and therapy equipment to make the special needs unit functional.  We also need storage built to keep all the resources safe along with tables, chairs and floor mats for all the therapy rooms. We are looking to raise £2,000 to cover the costs, anything you can contribute towards helping me achieve my target will be massively appreciated.

Thanks for your help :)
