We've developed the only workplace mandatory training platform designed for those with sensory differences and attentional challenges
A broad spectrum of compliance training is a necessary evil of the data driven world we work in, but your regulatory compliance training doesn't need to be evil.
59%* of 20–39-year-olds self-report with learning difficulties, and existing workplace eLearning solutions allow very little in the way of reasonable adjustments, or require the learner to submit a request to their employer if they need support, such as a screen reader or accessibility tools.
The award winning Culture Gem Learn eLearning system delivers a wide range of compliance topics in multiple and fully accessible formats, that allow for sensory differences and attentional challenges, and enable individuals to personalise their learning to their own needs and preferences.
In short, the learner chooses how they best learn, and is provided the optimum learning environment, without the need for costly Individual Learning Plans, or excessive amounts of LMS administration.
Previously, organisations may have procured multiple training packages, to cover compliance training requirements, or have been limited to a small vendor offering, who provide generic and unengaging courses.
The minimum viable product launched in May 2023, and currently has 60 active users. Learners who have taken the training feedback that it's really cool. We've had interest from the UK health care, charities, community groups, SMEs, financial services, to name a few.
