Visors for front line medical staff and key worker

So... we completed 6500 the other day... today....

11000

Yes 11000!!

BUT.... the big thing here is..

20000

between the 11000 we have produced and everyone printing in the team we have hit over 20000 3D printed and over 1000 laser cut visors delivered to NHS and key workers!

Tomorrow we have a batch of approx 1500 going to Sussex healthcare trust. We’re hoping to have it at 2000, but not sure we will hit it in time currently!

I’ve placed an order for another lot of filament as we only have enough for 2-3 days currently, that cost £2600, we ordered 100kg for a partner to bring costs down and had some external help too, which will allow us to produce another 6000+ visors.

We have linked with a company who are now making the clear front covers, allowing us to supply spares and replacements for anyone that needs them!

We’re taking ‘orders’ from local companies that are looking for a decent visor for when they re open, we are looking at providing them a slightly different style as we have time to make them in advance of opening.
