We're still collecting donations
On the 25th May 2020 we'd raised £9,789 with 351 supporters in 56 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.

On the 25th May 2020 we'd raised £9,789 with 351 supporters in 56 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
If we are able to hit higher amounts, we will purchase additional printers that once the pandemic is over, will be donated to a local school for teaching
The global COVID-19 pandemic has caused massive delays in getting essential PPE to our front line medical staff, one of the missing parts of this puzzle are Visors, there are many hobbyists with 3D printers who can effectively make the framework for the front end staff to then apply a clear plastic Acetane sheet over the front.
these do not need to be sterile as they are not used in a sterile environment, they are purely to try and stop expelled droplets on to the person who is wearing the Visor.
these visors have been effectively used all around the world and where designed by

the aim of this campaign is to supply to front line and key workers with free visors at no cost to the NHS or workers who need these vital pieces of equipment.
all money raised is funding materials and costs associated with printing, at the end of this project, any funds left will be donated to a charity that is associated with the after math of Covid-19 and requires support.
initial deployment of visors will be to the printers local areas, Surrey and Kent currently, however we hope to be able to push this to several other counties too.
we are currently running 3 printers, with an additional one purchased, currently we are printing approx 10 per hour between us and hope to have that up to 14 within the next 24 hours and by the end of the week 18.
if you wish to contact us, please email [email protected], if you are able to offer support in any other way, financially/sponsorship or through equipment, please please contact us!
Thanks for your help, its much appreciated.
